I saw a video of a cop punching a 17 year old girl in the face....
A group of girls were jaywalking and the cop tried to take them to his patrol car and a girl resisted.
Her friend tried to get the cop off her and the cop punched her. Really hard. In the face.
My opinion is the cop overreacted. Which is an understatement.
I saw another video of a cop in Rome slapping a woman. It's still weird, but the woman did backhand the cop first.
What are your thoughts?

It's odd because the comments on the video were something like "The cop had the right to punch her" and "That's what cops are trained to do, she's lucky he didn't shoot her."
